Job listings

Every listing is collected from the organization's own careers page or applicant tracking system. Applications happen on the organization's site — we never receive your application.

Resume review and resume builder

• Your resume file is never stored. It is read once, sent to an AI provider to generate the feedback, and discarded.
• If you are signed in, the written feedback (not the file) is saved to your account so you can read it again. You can delete any saved review at any time from My feedback.
• Resume drafts you choose to save in the builder are stored in your account and are visible only to you.
• AI processing is done by third-party model providers on our behalf. They do not use your content to train their models.
• We ask you to leave out your home address, phone number, ID numbers, date of birth and similar details. When we spot them, they are left out of what we keep.

Email alerts

If you sign up for alerts we store your email address and the search terms you gave us, and use them only to send you matching roles. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Accounts

An account stores your email address, your saved roles and your alert settings. We don't sell or share any of it. Delete your account by emailing us and everything tied to it is removed.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. We don't use advertising trackers.

Your rights and contact

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion. Write to hello@nonprofitjobs.io and we'll action it within 30 days.
